Hot Honey (198 SHU): Sweet warmth with gentle pepper bloom
At Alexandra’s Pikliz®, every small-batch recipe is lab-tested in the mild range (198–1,260 Scoville Heat Units) but crafted to feel lively, flavorful, and full of island personality — the perfect balance of Caribbean spice and approachable heat.
Our sauces fall in the same Scoville range as Frank’s RedHot® or Cholula®, and milder than a jalapeño — yet customers consistently say, “it tastes hotter than it measures.”
