Ingredients:
- 5 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Alexandra's Pikliz Spicy Pepper Relish
Instructions:
- Cook the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cool and peel: Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool quickly. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Make the filling: Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mash or whisk until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites: Spoon the filling into the egg white halves.
- Garnish and serve: Top each deviled egg with a small dollop of Alexandra's Pikliz Spicy Pepper Relish.
Tip: For a spicier version, add more Pikliz to the filling or use a larger dollop on top. You can also garnish with chopped fresh herbs like dill or parsley.
