Instructions:

Make the nachos:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 minutes, or until the chips are lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey.
- Drain off any excess fat.
- Stir in the onions, green onions, cilantro, salsa, and sour cream.
- Spread the beef mixture over the tortilla chips.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Top with Alexandra's Pikliz.
