Airfryer Double Baked Potato with Alexandra’s Pikliz
Ingredient 2 large Russet Potato 2 tbsp sour cream 3 tbsp mayonnaise 4 tbsp shredded cheese 4 tbsp of Alexandra’s Pikliz! 1 tbsp salt 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/4 onion Steps Wash the potato and rub with salt and vegetable oil. Crab (Seafood) Salad Alexandra’s Pikliz - Valentine’s Day
Ingredient
250g imitation crab
1 piece of celery stalk
1 small shallot
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp of Alexandra’s Pikliz
Garnish: radish, edible flowers and micro green
Steps
Dice celery into small pieces
Dice shallots into small pieces
Make the sauce by mixing Alexandra’s Pikliz and mayonnaise together
Blanch crab stick if needed, and cut into smaller pieces.
Mix it all together
Serve on sliced radish, with fresh microgreen and edible flower on top to create the perfect Valentine’s Day salad!
