Glazed Ham with Alexandra’s Pikliz Infused Hot Honey Pikliz
Ingredient 3 tbsp butter 2 tbsp dark brown sugar 2 tbsp mustard 1/2 jar Alexandra’s Hot Honey Pikliz 4 cloves of garlic 2-3 kg fully cooked ham Steps Using a sharp knife, clean and score ham’s surface into diamond pattern, about 1 inch in width Bake in pre-heated oven at 325F for 20 min with foil covering. Gourmet Hot Dog with Alexandra’s Pikliz

6 sausage or wiener of choice
Condiments

Shredded cheese
Steps
Grill your favourite sausage or hotdog wiener on the BBQ (or pan for indoors), here I used honey garlic Italian sausage.
Slit your brioche hotdog buns and toast it on the griddle
Top with ketchup, mustard, and sprinkle shredded cheese.
Replace your ordinary sweet relish with flavour packed Alexandra’s Pikliz!
