Chicken:
- 1 whole chicken, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Vegetables:
- 1 pound potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey:
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the chicken halves with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the chicken halves in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, toss the potatoes, carrots, and broccoli with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the vegetables to the baking dish around the chicken.
- Pour the Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey over the chicken and vegetables.
- Roast for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately.
