Ingredients:
- 1 pound thick-cut bacon
- 1/4 cup Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey, black pepper, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Arrange the bacon slices on the wire rack, leaving some space between each slice.

Brush the top of each bacon slice with the honey glaze.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
