Main Dish:
- 1 pound stone crab claws
- 1/2 cup Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey

- 1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 bottle red wine (optional)
- Crackers (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Stone Crab Claws:
- In a large pot, bring 2 inches of water to a boil.
- Add the stone crab claws and steam for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through.
- Remove the claws from the steamer and let them cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the stone crab claws and Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey. Toss to coat evenly.

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
- In a large pot, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Mash the potatoes with the butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

- Arrange the cracked stone crab claws on a serving plate.
- Serve with a generous dollop of mashed potatoes.
- If desired, serve with a glass of red wine and crackers.
