Spicy Honey-Drizzled Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
1 slice whole-grain bread
1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey
1 egg, fried (optional)
Instructions:
Toast a slice of whole-grain bread.
In a small bowl, mash the avocado and stir in the lime juice and red pepper flakes.
Spread the avocado mixture on the toasted bread.
Drizzle the Alexandra's Pikliz Infused Hot Honey over the avocado.
If desired, top with a fried egg.
Serve immediately.

Guacamole with Alexandra’s Pikliz
Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
1/2 finely diced onion
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
4 tbsp Alexandra’s Pikliz
Steps
Use a potato masher to mash the avocados in a mixing bowl
Use a food processor and grind fresh cilantro leaves into bit sized
Mix all the ingredients together including Alexandra’s Pikliz
Serve immediately and enjoy!
